Ringtone Setup

Can you just load an mp3 file on the phone and set it as the ringtone or is there a program you need to use? I am waiting for my phone to be shipped to me I haven't recieved it yet.

just take a mp3. but dont use the whole song as a ringtone since they have to be put on the main memory and that will flll it up fast and slow it down. just have them be bout 25 seconds or so. there is some pre-made ringtones in mp3 format under the ringtones section and if one you want isnt there just go to the ringtone request and make your request and we'll get them knocked out for you FAST...... hope this helps ya out.

You could also Just select an MP3 located anywhere on the phone (even the memory card) Just hold the stylus on the MP3 and when it comes up with the options select the one that says set as ringtone!
