rar. files

I've installed my cabs. to my htc touch but I still am haveing trouble installing programs that are rar. files. Please Help!

could you please be more specific, like what program are you installing...what rar file...stuff like that...usually rar files are meant to be opened on your desktop in a program called winrar, you can get winrar for your computer from http://rarlabs.com it's a great utility, I use it every day. Just open the .rar file in winrar and you may find it easier.
